Project and commercial delivery support for engineering businesses

Projects under pressure? Bring in a steady hand.

Coron Projects gives engineering businesses experienced, hands-on project and commercial support, for exactly as long as you need it, without the cost of a full-time hire.

You know the signs.

None of these are unusual as a business grows. Usually they mean delivery hasn’t caught up yet. That’s exactly the moment Coron is built for.

One experienced project leader, inside your team.

We work inside your project, alongside your directors, engineers, clients and subcontractors, getting into the detail, chasing the actions and keeping decisions moving.

01

Experienced leadership when you need it

Senior project support that adds judgement, direction and momentum without adding permanent overhead.

02

Steadier project delivery

Experienced leadership that keeps the job moving, gets decisions made and people focused on what matters.

03

Stronger commercial control

A firmer grip on cost, change and client position, so issues are dealt with early and the job stays commercially sound.

How it works.

Support is shaped around the requirement, from a fixed piece of project work or a few days each month through to a full embedded role.

A short, no-strings conversation about your project and where the pressure is. Together we work out whether Coron can help, and if not, we'll say so.

We establish what needs attention, what you need from us, and the level of involvement required.

We then work alongside your team where needed, taking responsibility for agreed areas of project and commercial delivery.

The aim is to add experienced capacity where it is needed, strengthen the project while we are involved, and leave it in a better position.

Gerwyn would be a strong addition to any team, and I would happily recommend him for commercial or project management roles and consultancy assignments across projects of any scale.

Who you’ll work with

Gerwyn Tumelty

Gerwyn is a Chartered Mechanical Engineer who started his career as a Royal Navy Marine Engineer Officer and has since led complex engineering projects across marine, industrial, utilities, renewables and energy environments.

He’s spent that career in difficult, live delivery, where cost, programme, clients and subcontractors all need attention at once. What he brings is calm: the position understood quickly, organised properly, and moved forward, with project delivery, commercial position and client relationships brought under control.

Start with a conversation. It costs nothing.

Tell me what’s happening on your project and I’ll give you an honest view of whether I can support you and where I could add value.
