A structured journey that fits your business.

A typical Base Camp Programme supports small-to-mid-sized engineering and construction companies employing between 30 and 150 people, with programme cohorts of up to 10 project professionals. Participants are usually project managers, engineers and other key individuals working on live projects.

Running over 4-6 months, following three clear phases:

  • Initiate – Leadership engagement and structure design. Clarify roles, goals and rhythms that set the foundation for confident delivery.
  • Plan – Tailor the Base Camp content and success measures to your people and priorities. Confirm cohorts, milestones and progression metrics.
  • Execute – Deliver two training workshops, fortnightly one-to-one coaching and team sessions that build rhythm, reinforce learning and embed habits.

Each Base Camp includes:

  • Two full-day and one half-day training workshops
  • Fortnightly 1:1 coaching calls for up to ten participants
  • Monthly team coaching sessions to keep momentum
  • Progress tracking and regular leadership check-ins

A typical five-month engagement represents an investment of £32,000–£40,000, depending on scope, cohort size and delivery model.

Ongoing quarterly coaching and advisory support can follow as an optional Maintenance phase.
