Base Camp is project management training and coaching for SME teams. It’s designed for project-based businesses that want to build confident teams and consistent delivery.
A typical Base Camp Programme supports small-to-mid-sized engineering and construction companies employing between 30 and 150 people, with programme cohorts of up to 10 project professionals. Participants are usually project managers, engineers and other key individuals working on live projects.
