You have the flexibility to attend one event a year when the topic appeals to you or join in every quarter. Each event will focus on education and best practice in a leadership area, such as profitability, sustainability, people development. These events will be aimed at operations directors and commercial project leaders to give them time off the job to think differently. As the group grows, Coron will facilitate the community so that you receive any support you need or help to trouble-shoot any issues you are facing and go back with more energy to accelerate your work objectives.

Coron will invite a select group of leaders and directors to join the Scale programme, hosting you in a great location for each event. Our clients are typically involved in engineering construction procurement across a range of industries, such as renewable energy, oil and gas, marine or defence and production. We will encourage you to share your knowledge with other members, however, confidentiality is key – anything we discuss will stay ‘in the room.’

We will test holding some events online and gather the group together in real life occasionally in a location in South Wales. The countryside and beaches on the Gower are a perfect spot to get some breathing space and make genuine connections with people facing similar challenges to you. You’ll feel refreshed and ready to go again once you leave our Scale mastermind sessions.
