This policy explains how Coron Limited trading as Coron Projects(“Coron”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses and protects personal information, and what your rights are under the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
Who we are
Coron Limited trading as Coron Projects is the data controller. We are registered in England & Wales under company number 08398291, at Coron Limited, 456 Gower Road, Killay, Swansea, SA2 7AL. We are registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office under reference ZB819532.

What we collect
We only hold what we need in order to respond to you and to deliver work we have been engaged to do:
- Details you give us — your name, email address, phone number, employer and anything you choose to tell us about your project when you email, call or meet us.
- Engagement records — correspondence, notes, contractual paperwork and billing details for clients we work with.
- Technical information — our hosting provider records standard server logs, including IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to keep the site running and secure.
This website has no contact form, no account system and no advertising or analytics trackers. See our cookies page.
Why we use it, and our lawful basis
- To answer enquiries and work out whether we can help — legitimate interests, in responding to someone who has approached us.
- To deliver and administer engagements, including invoicing — performance of a contract.
- To keep records we are required to keep, such as accounting records — legal obligation.
- To send occasional updates, where you have asked for them — consent, which you can withdraw at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email or by replying to us.
We do not sell, rent or trade personal information, and we do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling.
Who we share it with
We share personal information only with service providers who process it on our behalf, under contract, and only as far as they need to:
- Zoho — email marketing and customer relationship management.
- Our hosting and email providers — to serve this website and carry our correspondence.
- Our accountants and professional advisers, and any authority we are legally required to disclose to.
Where a provider processes data outside the UK, that transfer is covered by UK adequacy regulations or standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted within 24 months. Engagement and financial records are kept for seven years from the end of the relevant financial year, to meet HMRC and professional requirements. Marketing consent is held until you withdraw it.
Your rights
You have the right to ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you; to have it corrected or erased; to restrict or object to how we use it; to receive it in a portable format; and to withdraw consent where consent is the basis we rely on. Email [email protected] and we will respond within one month.
If you are not satisfied with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle personal information we will update this page and revise the date at the top of it.
